I was on ricky.com and had a question about one of the products, and the reply I got was really helpful. It didn’t feel like some copy-paste answer either, they actually seemed to know what they were talking about. Made it a lot easier for me to decide what to get. Really happy with the experience.

"Good overall, just wish it moved a bit faster"
I ordered a few things from ricky.com it was a decent experience. The site was easy enough to figure out, which I appreciated because I don’t have much patience for clunky checkout pages. Shipping was okay, though I was definitely checking the tracking more than I’d like to admit. One of the items looked a little different than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order from them again.

"Everything I wanted was out of stock"
I tried placing an order twice, and both times the items I picked ended up being unavailable. It got frustrating having to go through the same explanation again like I hadn’t already dealt with it the first time.

"Good products, shipping just took a little patience"
I ordered a few hair products and, to be fair, they were pretty much exactly as described. I always appreciate when a company is honest about what they’re selling, and these worked just fine for me. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Still, nothing was wrong with the items themselves, so I’d probably order again

I ordered from ricky.com and ended up needing to exchange one item because the size wasn’t right. Starting the exchange wasn’t difficult, and the instructions were clear, so at first I figured it would be a quick fix.
This is where it got annoying: it took longer than I expected for customer service to respond and for the replacement to actually get sent out. I did eventually get the right item, which I appreciated, but the waiting and back-and-forth made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, it was okay, just not especially smooth.

"Easy pickup, no hassle"
I ordered online and picked it up later the same day. When I got there, the staff found my bag quickly and there wasn’t any awkward standing around waiting. They basically said, “Yep, we’ve got it right here,” and that was that. Everything I ordered was in the bag, checkout was simple, and I’d definitely use pickup again.

"Easy return process overall"
I had to send back one item from my order, the whole process was smoother than I expected. The return label worked without any issues, and support got back to me when I reached out. The refund did take a few days to come through, so it wasn’t instant, but everything worked out fine in the end. I’d give it 4 stars.

"I ordered this because the color online..."
I ordered this because the color online looked like a nice soft brown, which was exactly what I wanted. When it showed up, though, it was way darker than expected and had this reddish tone that I really wasn’t going for.
Shipping was fine and the item itself seems okay, but this is where it got annoying: the photos just didn’t match what I received. I wish they had better pictures in natural lighting so you could actually tell what the color looks like before buying.

I stopped in yesterday and the whole place just felt kind of neglected. The floors were dusty, a lot of the shelves were messy, and the bathroom really needed attention. The staff I spoke to were fine, but it didn’t seem like anyone was taking ownership of the store’s condition or making sure things were actually clean. It just needs better upkeep overall

"I was about to order a couple of..."
I was about to order a couple of small things from Ricky, but the shipping cost made me stop and rethink it. It was almost the same price as one of the items, which just didn’t feel worth it for such a small order.

The site itself was fine and checkout was easy enough, but the delivery fee was hard to justify. I also reached out with a question and the email reply felt like it came from a robot, not a real person. I probably won’t order again unless the shipping gets more reasonable
